The quality and reliability
The sales and service guys go above and beyond when sorting out my bike. Their attention to detail is great, and they don't overcharge when something is difficult to solve. They take a relationship approach and that's what keeps me coming back to them.
Trek / Bontrager products are good design, good quality and adequately durable. Some constructive criticism intended to be helpful - the shop is spacious but kind of soul-less - has a vibe that you need to be a cashed up 20 to 30 year old to shop there.
