The guys at Trek Bicycle in Belmont were fantastic. My kids went in knowing exactly what they wanted, the guy listened and helped them find the bikes they wanted. They even checked the bikes over, shortened the bar on the seat so it would go down further and put the stand on. Fantastic service. Will definitely go back.

The quality and reliability
The sales and service guys go above and beyond when sorting out my bike. Their attention to detail is great, and they don't overcharge when something is difficult to solve. They take a relationship approach and that's what keeps me coming back to them.
Trek / Bontrager products are good design, good quality and adequately durable. Some constructive criticism intended to be helpful - the shop is spacious but kind of soul-less - has a vibe that you need to be a cashed up 20 to 30 year old to shop there.

We were called to remind us to book in for 1st service on one of our bikes, but wait / leave it for a few weeks as staff away/busy
We called a few weeks later and were told NOT to book it in, just drop it off and it could be up to 1 week to get it back
Seemed to be mixed messages, but we did drop it off on a Saturday, with Monday public holiday, it was ready on the Wednesday
