The man who did the onsite survey was pleasant and listened to my desires of where I didn't want the tank. He also was very instructive after placing the tank and made sure I knew where the line was and where the shut off valves were.
I also like that the level of fuel will be automatically monitored and filled when needed.
What you need to change: STOP adding sales tax to the home heating fuel in PA!
Always answers the phone and you can talk to a real person! Prompt delivery even when it's not an emergency. We use their service for our camp, and we don't have regular deliveries, so sometimes we are low and don't realize it. Appreciate those times when we have needed an emergency delivery on a weekend when we were there.
