i am generally happy with your services but i think your prices are high and if you want loyalty then it should be rewarded to the customer by not raising prices a little at a time, i do not feel like i should be shopping around , like insurance does, raises your prices a little at a time, until you have to search a new one then switch, if customers are loyal then so should you, and offer lower rates and if need be do it with like a 2 year or 3 year plan commitment. that is my biggest issue , not just with your company but others as well, cell phones, insurances etc... thank you Name removed

We were down to about 18% when I called in for a delivery and Superior delivered in 2 days in nasty weather.
