The front office staff it always courteous and runs on time. Dr. LaCroix is fantastic. He makes things simple and puts my mind at ease. He is the best primary care doctor I've had in Jacksonville, I feel like he actually genuinely cares about my health.

Everything. The staff are helpful, polite, and very nice. Dr. Krenzer is a class act. He is very knowledgeable and keeps my best interests at heart. I would recommend he and Baptist primary on Baymeadows to anyone and everyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Browning for several years and he is very thorough, listens and addresses my medical issues/concerns.
The staff is always friendly. Andrea is usually the nurse that I see and she is a gem. Very nice and caring.

The Baymeadows office is super clean and the staff is very attentive. This experience is SO much better than the Baptist office at 1600 Prudential; I"m glad I made the change. Additionally Regina Nolting is bar none, the most thorough and thoughtful medical professional I have had the pleasure of engaging with.
