The office is very professional. Kathy, Dr. Krenzer's nurse is efficient, yet warm. Dr. Krenzer is an experienced physician and took the time to explain in layman's terms what was wrong with me. I appreciated that.

What do you like about our office?

Everything right from checking in, and the care provided by the doctors and nurses to check out, everything is flawless. My doctor Ms. Regina Nolting and Ms. Kelly takes utmost care of me each time. They're very concerned of patient's health. Ms. Regina takes time to explain and discuss the condition at the facility and over the phone. I can't thank them enough for what they are doing as front line personnel even during the pandemic. Also check outs and making appointments is always very smooth process. Because of all this, we are with the facility for almost 13 years. Thank you always.

The front office staff it always courteous and runs on time. Dr. LaCroix is fantastic. He makes things simple and puts my mind at ease. He is the best primary care doctor I've had in Jacksonville, I feel like he actually genuinely cares about my health.
