The phone service is a nightmare. The robots send you all around the system & then you sit on hold hoping someone will eventually pick up. I have been disconnected several times.

The staff is friendly.

Dr. Bagley has been great to work with. The two ladies that handle the insurance were also very helpful answering my questions about transitioning from commercial insurance to Medicare.

Laboratory services are available in your office so I don't have to go elsewhere for them.

Office staff is very caring & friendly.

The snacks & water in the lobby are a nice touch.

The take-home magazines in the lobby are a nice touch.
