During my first visit with Baptist Primary Care I experienced the definition of Gold Standard quality care. Dr. Jeffrey Krenzer displayed a proactive approach and earnest concern for by physical health and personal well being. He not only performed his own through exam but proceeded to network and collaborate with my other doctors in order to gain the most complete and accurate health history.

The friendly efficent front office staff. Dr Browning's nurses are the best. And Dr Browning is the only doctor I would ever agree to let treat me for family practice.

The staff are very efficient and pleasant. The Dr's and PA are good listeners and I'm very happy to say this has been my primary facility for quite some time. It's always good to see familiar faces.

Continuity, I've been a patient there 17 years and many of the medical and office staff have been there for years. Quality & Professionalism, I've received great care with genuine concern for my health and well being. Friendly, I feel like I'm known and welcome there. Efficiency, my appointments are always on time, my medication renewals processed quickly.
