Very friendly and they are good about calling me or sending reminders in the mail. They get my meds right away same day when I need them. Dr Lacroix is friendly and answers all my questions and he takes the time to listen and does not try to rush me.

Awesome Customer Service, consideration, helpfulness, accommodating staff. Dr Lacroix and the staff go beyond to comfort and provide excellent patient care. I work in a hospital and do refer others to that office.

What do you like about our office?

The staff has obviously executed process improvements as my wait time for my scheduled annual physical was just about completely eliminated.
