I really like this Baptist office on Baymeadows. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm, calm, and welcoming. The office is very clean, comfortable, and well organized, which makes the whole experience much less stressful.

The staff is always friendly, polite, and professional. They make you feel comfortable, answer questions patiently, and treat you with kindness and respect. I also appreciate how smoothly everything is organized, from check-in to the visit itself.

Convenience ! Close to Everywhere ! The gal at the front desk is Friendly , knowledgeable and greets all with Welcoming Smile ! The Assistants are cordial , professional , they do what need to do to get the patients ready , checking out is just as Easy and getting appts for the Future are no problem
The Parking is good , not to far and the Building is very accessible, whether to the Dr office ,or the Lab. Everyone makes for a good experience!

I have been seeing doctors ever since I came home from. Iraq in 2007. I have had a lot of doctors along the way. The doctor I have now is by far. The best doctor I have ever had. Dr. Lacroix doesn't just prescribe medicine, he genuinely cares and asks the right questions. When I have a question, he generally has a realistic answer. One thing I have noticed over the years is some doctors act like they're reading off of a monitor. I never get that impression. He answers every question without judgment. I cannot ask for a better doctor. 🤙

Dr. Rozenbaum is great! Very caring, easy to talk to, and always takes the time to listen. I feel well taken care of every visit. His MA, Kelly is awesome! Highly recommend
