First class equipment and I like the yoga classes but not that happy about the sign up process. The Livestrong program was terrific.
Variety of classes
I just use the free weights and cardio but they have everything you could need. Equipment is in great shape and they continuously make upgrades.

Instructors are the best. They are talented and always patient and friendly.
My kids are well cared for and loved .my youngest is still at the Y and he has so much fun exploring, painting, playing and learning. He loves school and his teachers which makes it much easier for me as a parent to leave him for work.
Cheap, which is good especially since they miss some classes when they are sick often

About the program I like everything, the activities they have different type each day I’m in love with the program my daughter as well .
My children enjoy going to the Redbrook YMCA Daycare. Teachers and staff are friendly and supportive of your child needs. Both my children have attended since they were infants and now my oldest is 5 years old. Hours are compatible with my flex work schedule. The Director Tara is great and really cares about your child and family.

Love the swim classes, there is good variety! Leah’s class on Fridays is great and she was helpful with demonstrating machines.

Classes
Lots of good choices with a flexible schedule
Like nearly everything that the gym offers. Other than a former spinning participant, I don't typically take classes, which could change at any point in the future. My one frustration is the constant conversations that take place while one member sits on a piece of weight equipment, while others are waiting. Others, read their phones between sets - taking much longer than what's reasonable. Unfortunately, I have begun to politely ask if they're done. So Frustrating.

I like the convenient location. I don't like the classes because the good ones require time to sign up. Wish the space was larger to hold everybody. It's a bit tight on some classes. Otherwise, equipment is good.
