The variety and the people. Excellent instructors.
There are a diversity of programs run by professional staff. The area that needs improvement is the communication between the front desk and the people running the programs. Sometimes the front desk has non contact info for the folks running the programs. That info seems to be held by the person who booked the programming and that person is hardly ever available when the program itself is running ...so if you have any questions about the program or the operator...the front desk has non lue and cannot help. You have to wait for the program director to bee reached, if available...in order to get an issue resolved. This process needs to change.

I've been taking Zumba classes for a month now. It's the best workout, and I look forward to attending the classes. It's a lot of fun!
I don’t use the programs and activities. I primarily use the equipment. There have been times when I interacted with a trainer, so I appreciate their availability. The facility is clean and well cared for.

I like latest machines for exercise to all body parts . I also like friendly members of the staff.

The friendly environment, kind staff, and availability of classes. Being able to bring my 2 year old son with me and let him play in the kids zone, while I spend an hour for myself has been amazing!

Most of the classes are have great instructors. They are aware of those who need modifications and provide them. The children's area in the lobby is a wonderful place for the little ones.
The Livestrong program continues to be a great support group.
I go to Easton classes on Thursday Friday to do loctal Zumba with Elsie great class great energy great people I enjoy the hot tub after my class and specially this thing I love this team the Eastern ymcas so convenient for me I have already recommended a couple of people to the Eastern YMCA my sister goes every Saturday and Sunday to do her workout and lost 30 lb she just enjoyed her me time.
