From a phone call to the office secretary to the office billing manager to service technicians to the planning project manager Mike...I have always been treated polite, had information I requested issued within reasonable time frame--ex. same day or even same phone call. They offered options x 3 on furnace replacement with the differences in each, efficiency and savings from old to new. I use on line payment if at home or out of country--I can get payment in or ask for delivery. In emergency, the on call techs are there too and I have used them!This is a for sure my go to company for fuels, new furnaces and services etc.
First of all, the Watertown office staff are beyond amazing! They go out of their way to provide whatever assistance they can in a very personal and professional manner. The delivery staff are also extremely courteous and patient. Our last delivery man was more than willing to take the time to be introduced to our new dog despite how skittish she was acting at the time.
The Superior Web Site / registering for the new portal is BEYOND frustrating. The prompt that instructs the user to call an 855 number provided no assistance at all.

No fuss. I don't have to worry about running out. They correct mistakes and are generally a great company.
