The people who work in the Watertown NY office are very customer oriented. They are always friendly and go out of their way to help you, anyway they can. We needed a new furnace, got a decent price on a propane furnace, two days after arriving, it was installed & running. If anyone asks me about where to get their propane, fuel oil or a new furnace, You will be my answer.
Easy delivery, billing and service!
Prompt service, the care of your tanks, our previous supplier charged for tank maintenance however in the twenty plus years that we were with them they never took care of the tank, it was very rusted and a horrible eye sore in our yard. The staff are very kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Since we have been a customer of Griffith we have referred several families and a few businesses, all are completely satisfied.
