Under extreme winter conditions and high demand, Superior established an account for me on a Saturday, inspected our tank and delivered propane on Tuesday.
Two local propane companies that we’ve worked with for 16 years, did not deliver as promised. I ordered weeks in advance and followed up daily. They constantly told us we were on the schedule for the following day. The day would pass, and still no delivery.
The friendliness and cooperation of Superior’s staff was outstanding. They delivered in an emergency without us having an history with them. Extremely grateful and now a loyal customer.

Although I had trouble getting the right people on the phone to set up my account after we moved into our new house. I talked to a Superior Plus delivery technician who checked the tank, (we needed a refill) took my name and got things rolling. By the end of the day our tank was filled, our equipment checked and account was squared away. They are the best.
I like that they show up and fill your propane tanks without me having to do anything. I like their budget billing. I can budget every month for the bill knowing exactly how much I have to pay. They were friendly and helpful when I called. All good!

Services and delivery is great.
Alex and his assistant were excellent when installing the tanks and lines feeding the heaters and fireplaces during less than ideal weather conditions. They left the job site in great condition. The delivery was scheduled during the recent poor weather but it was accomplished. The driver was such a great guy. I gave him a hand exiting the private road so he could exit without hesitation and it worked perfectly.

I was going to leave superior plus propane as my propane supplier due to costs, but when I spoke to the representative she was able to lower my cost per gallon to match the competitors price so I stayed. I really appreciated that and the customer service is outstanding.

Terrific customer service! I ran out of propane while I was out of town. They ended up making the delivery on a Sundays, without charging me the extra almost $400 for a rush delivery.
Also they charge much less than my previous provider, Harborpoint.
