Service has been fantastic
I love having the remote monitor on the tank, it’s one less thing for me to need to worry about during the year! The team shows up and fills, then I get a bill a few gays later. Auto pay is also great! I haven’t had to deal with customer service since we had the tank installed, but they were really great throughout the process.

Show up without me calling
There is only one problem I have had since our contract started. During one fill up the thistle bushes were smashed down and destroyed. I understand access is needed but this could of been avoided. They were being grown for a project, this was abruptly ended. If the delivery person could respect the customers property it would be a big plus.This was done fall of 2023.

Your techs and office workers care about their customers and provide great service. Two days before Thanksgiving I discovered our propane tank had had less than 5% left in it. The local office promised to make a delivery that day. When a new driver couldn't find the tank and left without filling it, the local office manager called me, and the local tech brought the truck back within the hour, filled and leak tested our tank. We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner without a hitch! Thank you for taking care of us like family!
