When we saw the price we were charged for propane we checked current prices and decided our price was too high. My husband called to ask about this and Spoke with someone about the bill. He was told the woman would check on it and he would get a call back.
About an hour later I believe it was Robin that called back and left an explanation on my cell voice mail. it was an excellent explanation and she apologized for the mistake and told me the new price and assured me we would be getting an amended bill.
I did not call back but I should have to Thank her for the prompt response and excellent customer service.

This is my second/third year after the Phelps Sunglass Inc. merger with Griffith Energy and so far so good. I was worried coming from a small town company merging with a bigger regional/national and would I lose that small town service and response. During that first year transition I was successful in working out an finance issue. During that process the folks in the Griffith Energy in Skaneateles, NY worked hard with me to resolve the issue. Yes I would recommend Griffith Energy to family and friends. I like Griffith Energy's online services which I can see real time data on my account. Small companies usually don't have a powerful WEB site. Griffith Energy WEB site is very intuitive to navigate around. Cost for propane is always a work in progress; I guess those $1.89 per gallon days are gone : ~ ((

My fuel costs were over a dollar a gallon more than what you are charging. I will have to let you know later about your overall service But I will let you know the men were very professional that came to set the tanks and fill them so far so good
