I like that I usually can talk to my local office when I have questions or want to pay my bill. I don't like getting an office far away. Hana is always very helpful to deal with. My regular driver is always friendly and I enjoy talking with him when he delivers.

I had another company come and the driver immediately said he wouldnt be able to make it up the driveway in the winter and told me I had to put my tank by the road. Also, the same company charged me $75 for just showing up. The same company had all kinds of add-on charges. Matt was very accommodating and gave me choices for the location of the tank, and told me about the meter that can be read on my phone by installing the app. In addition, every phone call I made was handled by polite , helpful people. The installation of the tank and delivery of fuel was prompt.

I don't like how we are charged 4.89 a gal because we only get one delivery a year , we don't use our furnace because we couldn't afford a 1000$ deposit to get put on the budget plan but would use it if we were charged 2.89 or less like our neighbors who get deliverys every two months ,we use electric heaters and only use the propane for cooking and hot water which ends up costing us 200$ a month for hot water as we use about 50 gals a mth ,we've done this since First name removed lost his job due to cancer 8 years ago and we got behind in the budget plan and we get heap once a year , so are stuck paying the hit water rate I do like that you deliver in a timely manner once we get our heap check but not the inflated price
It's cost effective and when we run out or are close to running out refills are always quick
The people! The driver is so nice. We have had the same driver for a long time. And the people in the office are great and very pleasant to speak with. Any time we have had any kind of issue it was resolved quickly and easily. Great customer service! It doesn't exist with many businesses anymore.
