Convenience of automatic delivery and never running out of fuel.
Have had a few issues with the tank running too low before refill but the new computer system is a god send. I can see where I am in usage and request a shipment when needed.....lots better than going out after a blizzard to check my fuel level!
recently was considering changing providers. Another provider was talking a much lower rate. I spoke with Lucky in the saratoga office and she could not have been more helpful. She gave me my yearly usage and reminded me of possibility of that lower rate may not be so based on usage .Well she was correct and i called back to confirm we would be staying with your company. You've never let me run out of heating fuel. Other companies I tried in the past wouldn't bring the fuel in a timely matter and we would end up running out in the middle of the winter. I also like that I can prepay for the year.
We have been very happy with our heating oil deliveries. Our propane deliveries need attention however. We were out of propane/hot water for 24 hours over the fourth of July weekend. Not good! A small amount was delivered on the fifth to get us to the next delivery which we were charged for (which I feel was not our mistake and shouldn't have been charged) We heat our water and large pool with propane so it needs to be delivered in a more timely fashion. Our last delivery before running out was May 7th. Hopefully this will not occur again in the future.

I moved into my house in 2014. Not once have I had any problems. If I have questions with my bill, I just call up and talk to one of the nice ladies, and problem solved. I've used other companies, and so far, Superior Plus is just that... SUPERIOR.

Service is normally great but I am still fighting for the credit needed for a price problem for my heating propane. I have been charged cooking propane charge for my heating tank.
Much better than other competitions
One driver that was employed with Suburban prior - is rude, and involves himself in other’s business when he has no idea what is fact or has nothing to with him. The billing department is very nice and helpful but the bills themselves usually not accurate the first time. Otherwise a very good company and I do recommend to anyone.
We recently moved and opened an account, but 'so far, so good'. Our tanks were filled by Ray and he was very nice and professional.
