Company. Shaw the company, management, customer services, drivers & products are more than a step above! I am a dedicated customer going on my tenth year and in in every area honesty (integral part of doing any business) dependability (always keep their word), reliability (with all the in-climate weather we experience) regardless of the elements, when they say they will deliver, they deliver... keeping the customers' well-being in mind. Whenever I refer them to someone, I simply just say to accommodate them as well. Showing appreciation for all they do for me at least in the winter months, in return, I just take a moment to make a safe path for them to get to the tanks safely. They look out for us; we look out for them & results speak for themselves; a win-win for both. Supporting a great local business pays off in the long run & and makes for very happy customers! Guess one could say they keep us quite comfy!
This company is very attentive to any questions or concerns I may have. I had a few questions regarding percentage of tank as to how many gallons it equaled. After speaking with Alan at Superior Energy, my questions were completely and favorably answered. It has been an adjustment for us since we've recently switched from oil to propane.
