I like that the delivery driver (very sorry I can't remember his name) noticed that the delivery address on file for my account somehow got changed so he called dispatch (Mitch?) to confirm. Then dispatch called me check. TERRIFIC looking out for the customer!!
I DO wish that I could be notified of impending delivery so I could check on the tank level beforehand. That way I could (sort of) keep track of my usage.
