The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The person who came to my home to get my initial account setup and do the pressure test, addressed all my questions and concerns. As well as the person who delivered my propane during the fall. He took the time to stop and answer my questions, was most courteous, personable, and helpful as well. Someone always answers the phone, no need to leave a message and wait for hours for someone to get back to me, which gives me peace of mind in the winter when I’m out of town and worried my propane may be getting low. The staff always sets my mind at ease in those cases, and assures me they’ll check it and/or put in a delivery for me, etc. I am more than pleased with the service and the employees at Superior Plus Propane. The website is user friendly too.
