I have always had great service. They now have a monitoring device on the tank and they delver when it tells them that I am low, not before and certainly not after I run out. Very friendly and I get my BBQ tanks filled quick and easy. They answer questions and I got an adapter for my RV tank so that I could get it filled when my regular tank was being filled.

We are brand new propane users having (thankfully) converted from oil fired heating and electric hot water and cooking.
