was always glad to have you as propane provider...however....I was locked in at 2.89 a gal of which Im charged 95.00 to lock in...meanwhile surrounding neighbors that switched from you have been paying 2.15 and 2.14 a gal....what gives with this???
With Warner's gas I never have a worry about running out of gas.
Tank monitor
This is my 4th year with Warners and service has always been A-OK. Always a phone call before they came to check on the level of propane in the existing tank along with my address.
This year however was different. There was a delay in delivery due to the fact that no one called to verify my address and or area features which would make it easier for the delivery person.
It is awfully cold this year, and being I am a senior citizen, live alone, have physical limitation, I was anxious about the delivery and when it was going to actually arrive. Due to my limitations sI can't get back to actually see the level of propane in the tank, so I try to catch a neighbor when I can to do that.
The worse of it all this time when the truck finally came was the surly attitude of the driver. I was so glad to see him, but he was not in a good frame of mind to say the least. BUT I do want to say this, everybody has bad days, especially when it is frigid cold. Service by Warners both in office and outside w/the driver has been always great and I hope it will be so again.
