So due to their excellent service and willingness to give a new customer a chance I had my first account. With auto fill it is very comforting to know we won’t run out of propane.
We are gone most of the winter and if our heat went off when we are gone we would end up with frozen pipes.

You notified me that your tech was not going to be on time instead of just letting me wonder about the scheduling. The tech was very thorough in explaining what to do if I smelled and he also let me know to call for a better location of the tank later in spring.

I just want to give a very large R+ to Ms. SHELBY DAY. As soon as I called your company that day and she answered the phone it was like I have known this person forever. She was very polite, friendly, professional and I couldn't have asked for a better person to discuss my issue with. As soon as she asked me what she could do for me and I told her what I was looking to do. She was all over it with in minutes. I was very impressed. We talked about what I needed and it seemed like hours and my delivery was here. So like I was saying, big R+out to your folks for getting results and not excuses. Ms. Shelby, thank you for being so kind and professional to me. Not sure if your company even does have an R+ program, and yes I know it is part of your job but you went way and above that day. Thank you so much again for answering the phone that day. You sure do make a difference.
