For having superior plus for many many many years you guys are a worry free company. You guys always make sure my propane is taken care of. Anytime I call for service which isn't too often you guys respond quickly. If I have to come in person everyone is friendly and helpful.
They try to help to keep prices at reasonable rate but seniors could use a little more help along with the heap.
I've been purchasing my propane from you for better than 20 years and I have never run out.

I noticed that my price per gallon for propane at 9394 Snipery Rd., Corfu, NY is cheaper than my tenant next door at 9392 Snipery. These houses are on the same account which I pay regularly. Also, the houses are right next door. The delivery comes in one driveway.
I think the price for the propane should be the same for both houses. I could go with a different carrier for the tenant house, but I did not because I thought the price would be better for the overall amount used from Superior Plus.
Please consider adjusting the price for the propane delivered to 9392 Snipery Rd. It is a lesser amount, but should be the same price per gallon that I pay at 9394 Snipery.

Secretary was wonderful to speak with and super informative about our situation and resolved the stress
prompt service, polite personnel.
Customer service was great they helped me get propane the same day I called and even helped me with billing. Been a customer for years and this is still the service I expected to receive.
