I love the view of the river from the studio. All the teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful.
The instructor> Loren Boyd, was so helpful, welcoming and kind. I have never met her before that and that was my first visit to TYP . The studio is beautiful and homey feeling, the energy was awesome and the class was amazing

Professional! Easy flowing teachers with yoga practice their main focus. Other class' can not compare to the flow & energy of the yoga project teachers! Simply the best.

When I go the TYP in Arlington, I feel like people care are about me personally. The teachers are well-trained and teach Yoga. Classes are not just another work-out.

I love everything! I love that I burn a lot of calories and that the studio has a laid back vibe. I love the folks who go to class and the instructors are all amazing! Stacy B, Jenny, and Anna are some of my favorites but they are all awesome!
Easy to navigate website, Jan, my instructor was very helpful and thorough with everything. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! I loved my first ever hot yoga session!

I so enjoyed the company of both of the expert leaders and even though there were a couple of positions that I could not do, they were extremely patient with me. Time just faded away in this class and I truly enjoyed it! I plan to highly recommend this class plus others to my many friends with arthritis.
