I like how laid back the instructors are and don't call you out when you can't do the poses exactly they way they should be. I love how friendly and gentle the instructors are. Jennie and Jan are my faves, and Robin.

I love the 5:30 a.m. classes. I’m disappointed that the Friday evening 5:30 classes are only an hour.

The teachers are all amazing and polite. This studio feels more like a home than other studios I’ve been to. It just has a really good feeling to it.

The classes are very dynamic and well rounded. I always feel better after class, mentally and physically. The passion the teachers have shines through each of them. They have a deep understanding of the poses, sequencing, and yoga philosophy.
