He is very friendly and listens well. The office staff were working hard as they tried to cover for some appointments that were overdue. My appointment was at 2:20 and I wasn't called until 3:15. Saw the doctor at 3:30. The staff member who showed me to my room was not friendly at all. It was not like the gals in the old Orland office.
Dr. Ike was very pleasant and reviewed my pre-visit test results. He did not rush me and answered all my questions. He has a sort of home spun approach, yet is stays on top all the new procedures.
I have complete confidence in recommending him.
The computer system stinks and some staff need to be more polite.
