Dr. was very personable, thorough, engaging, and extremely likable. I look forward to having him as my new, permanent urologist. The office was very clean and spacious. The nurse that drew my blood was very friendly, and did a good job. It usually is a challenge to get blood out of my veins. She did a great job.

Dr profand friendly. Mom and I have been seeing him for years! Not too difficult to get appt times. Some office/support staff can be grumpy, but some are very nice.
