ALL WAS VERY GOOD WITH EXAM AND ANSWERING QUESTIONS.

Been with him for sometime and he's always been straight.
I do have a problem with the policy of not notifying a patient with test results that are good.
I called your office for the results of my MRI and was told I had to wait for my next appt. I asked if there was someone there who could tell me and was told no. While I assumed good results, as you only call when there's a problem, I don't see why I couldn't have been told that the results were negative and the Dr will go over them at your appt.

We met Nicole for the very 1st time for my Mom... she was very attentive & knowledgeable. She was aware of my Mom's history & was able to answer any questions we had. Thanks again! D-

Dr. Mancini is always a pleasure to see. He takes the time to discuss your condition, genuinely cares and listens to your concerns. He is very personable and has a great bedside manner. He cares about ensuring you have the best quality of care. His staff is always so kind. Highly recommend!

This was my annual checkup and it was very fast. ie. I did not wait at all. Isabel answered all my questions and offered additional explanations. She was very pleasant.

Very personable and professional

This was my second experience with associated urologist. My first did not go well after Dr. Herzog called me back to the room 2 hours 10 minutes after my appointment. Myself as the other 4 patients waiting were not happy at all. Especially when the staff doesn't say anything to any of us. So this was my last chance with the company. Let me just say it's Dr's. like Kimberly who keep your company in business. Not only was everything on time she could not of been anymore nice,personal and patient listening to me and my fiance. It felt like she was a family friend. The way dr visits should be! The first thing me and fiance said to each other in the parking lot is that Kimberly is our Dr. not Dr. Herzog. So maybe you big companies should look at who keeps you in business and give these people what there worth. So thank you Kimberly for giving us a great experience on topics that are difficult to discuss with others. We will definitely be back for our check ups with you
