My wife and I felt very comfortable with his honest and open style. He listened carefully to my thoughts and questions and addressed each concern. We did not feel rushed in this initial meeting.

The service was outstanding and professional. Dr. Cox was attentive, and so was his nursing staff. They were friendly, and very helpful, and suggested that if I had any questions call. They let me know step by step what they would do, and how long it would take. Kudos, to the doctor and his staff.

DR. GINDE, MD, IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, CARING AND I HAVE COMPLETE CONFIDENCE IN HIS CARE.

I AM VERY IMPRESSED IN HIS CALLING ME WHEN I NEEDED ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS OF PROBLEMS WITH PAIN. HE CALLED ON HIS OWN CELL PHONE WHEN OUT OF OFFICE AND WOULD FOLLOW UP WITH ANOTHER CALL TO FOLLOW UP ON HOW I WAS DOING.

HE IS VERY SPECIAL AND AM GRATEFUL FOR HOW HE HAS HELPED ME.

HIS STAFF ARE ALSO EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE.

The service and treatment that I received were both professional and friendly. Each and every person associated with Dr. Cox and his office was helpful and informative in reference to providing information and comfort as I received the services rendered. More importantly to me is that each person, including Dr. Cox was attentive not only to my medical needs but were also acutely concerned with making sure that I understood the journey and/or process that I had to endure. Their professional and friendly demeanors made this journey and/or process as pleasant and comforting as possible. I greatly appreciate their entire approach to what was and is an important stage in my life.

I think it very hard to find a doctor who will take all of the time you need as a patient to answer all of the questions you have. And even harder to find one who will be so honest in their answers to admit they don't know what the answer is.
Dr. Cox is that kind of doctor. He is very professional, kind, gentle and strait forward with his patients. He is also the kind of man who puts his team forward to receive any praise that you might want to give.
The atmosphere in the office is one of professional confidence. the staff has alway been welcoming and friendly. With an attitude of quiet confidence you don't often find in medicine.
All in all I can't praise them enough. What a wonderful place to go when you need help.

Dr. Cox was totally professional. He is engaging in his explanations and makes you feel comfortable with understanding the facts of your medical situation. His manner and demeanor gave me confidence that I understood my upcoming procedure and that I was going to have a positive outcome.

The staff were welcoming and informative. They demonstrated the confidence of a team who is well-practiced in their profession. They made it clear that my situation was unique and they would help me get through the treatment process. They encouraged questions and gave me numbers to call if I had any concerns.

This was a very good experience. My wife accompanied me and she agreed that everyone with whom we spoke was professional in all aspects of the consultation.
