Lilly was very professional. Lily listened while asking pointed questions to my ailments/symptom identifying the reason for the visit. Second she made educated recommendations and ensured an open dialogue as to prescribes treatment. Third established a follow-up visit to insure the ailment was being treated properly. Great bedside manner.
