We dealt with Erin, the fiance person. She was great and very efficient.
We would recommend the dealership, however we would also tell them to make sure the trailer is thoroughly cleaned before delivery. Unfortunately for us, ours was unbelievably dirty and took hours to clean properly. The plastic had been removed from the loft mattresses and left in the lofts, not sure why anyone would remove them. I don't think anyone actually inspected the trailer before it left the dealership.
So yes we would recommend the dealership based on Erin but we would make sure they absolutely made sure the unit was properly detailed.

Amazing customer service! Ken was able to show us a trailer that had a better layout. Its our second trailer we have bought from Ken. Mack did the trailer demonstration perfectly. He showed us all the new upgrades in the trail plus hooked our phones up to the control panel.

The product was exactly what we expected and the sales man was very good and answered all our questions. The delivery guy was another story. He had a bee in His bonnet the moment he arrived. He was not friendly and definitely didn’t want to do his job, and that was to deliver and set up a trailer!
