PROMPT SERVICE. FRIENDLY.

I had your service department go through an exhausting amount of processes and claims to try and get me coverage for my trailer . Even though I did not purchase it from your dealership, your staff was great at treating me like a genuine customer. I praise your technicians and their leadership , because as a customer they were able to help me understand the problems that were going . Thank you so much for all you’ve done ! Keep it up

Fast and staff are friendly

We have had very good service for our trailer.

Superior product, staff bent over backwards to helpus

I am updating my original review because the dealership has reached out to me and is actively helping to rectify some issues. I truly appreciate them taking action and supporting their customers to the best of their abilities. Thank you again for the customer service and support.

Great follow-up on a request. Didn't have to prompt! That is great customer service!!

I bought a trailer from Regina location an alliance delta. When I was in Medicine Hat I hat problems with my trailer awning and the med hat dealer came to my camp site and got me fixed so I could pull trailer home without any problems

We were in a tough spot when our house and fifth wheel burnt down and Sonya and Mike at Four Seasons did everything in their power to get us our new fifth wheel to call our home as soon as they possibly could. They made the process simple and fast from start to finish. They set us up with absolutely everything we needed to drive straight from the dealership to our campsite home. We are so grateful for their compassion and generosity in our time of need. We are truly so thankful!

Speed of return calls
Accurate description of 5 wheel

Good product Service was prompt

Staff try their best to accommodate you.

From Ken in sales to Mack in demo, Raine in service, and Erin in Finance all were friendly and helpful ever step of the way.

We dealt with Erin, the fiance person. She was great and very efficient.
We would recommend the dealership, however we would also tell them to make sure the trailer is thoroughly cleaned before delivery. Unfortunately for us, ours was unbelievably dirty and took hours to clean properly. The plastic had been removed from the loft mattresses and left in the lofts, not sure why anyone would remove them. I don't think anyone actually inspected the trailer before it left the dealership.
So yes we would recommend the dealership based on Erin but we would make sure they absolutely made sure the unit was properly detailed.

Hayden was very helpful and informative.

Great customer service from start to finish

Thanks to Sonya, Mike and Matt for providing fantastic service.

You were very helpful with our water heater dillema in a very timely fashion. It allowed us to salvage a camping trip with a no refund for cancelation policy.

Super friendly and listen to every question and answer very well. Hands down very professional and I am happy with my new trailer
