I have experienced four seasons to be very effective in their service. Although it did take some time to get a problem rectified, I did not feel at any time that this was not going to be done. The issues were dealt with professionally and with extreme support to the customer. Yes, in would recommend four seasons to anyone looking for a camper.

The staff at the Medicine Hat location are excellent. Ray was very helpful when we had a water pump failure and the young man who fixed our fridge door was very pleasant and respectful.
We have found the technicians and road side assistance personnel are very good at Virden, Regina and Medicine Hat . Our issues are with management at the Regina location.

Mike was great in the sales dept, and Marcie is fantastic in the service dept.

The service provided by all Four Seasons sales and service have been really good. We would recommend these to everybody. We're not happy with the workmanship done by the manufacturer and we are working with the Four Seasons service departments to make some resolutions and rectify the issues.

Was a little disappointed that I had to drive 8 hours to pick up the camper cause each individual branch does not intertwine with each other and it couldn’t be brought to virden after my 3rd camper purchased from four seasons staff is friendly n helpful

Found just what I needed right when I needed it. Good amount of inventory available and a great website that lets you filter your search for just what you're looking for. I narrowed my search down to a single pre-owned unit available and quickly reached out to claim the unit. The sales team responded well and I was able to rest assured my search was complete while I finished preparing for the travels.
