Dr Stephenson is so patient and knowledgeable. I know she is busy, but she takes time to listen and gives excellent directions for follow up. She is an example of BRAINS and BEAUTY.

Your Dr. Jansen !
I've been his patient for over 20 years,
followed him all over the place, He is the best!
He's compassionate, caring, a true proffessional, a great Doctor.
He has taken care of me and my family for all these years.
Even my children who are grown with children of their own are his patients, as well as my grandchildren.
Next I would say, your staff. Always friendly, attentive and caring.
Next I would say, Location, very close and convinent.

What do you like about our office?

It's always a pleasure when we need to go for our check-ups! We're usually greeted by a very sweet smiling Monica. The staff has always been so friendly, and kind and we've never had any issues with any of them! My whole family including my sister's sees Barbara Austin and have for many years! Barbara is precious gem! And her medical assistant, Misty is a sweetheart! I've often, when asked, for recommendations encouraged others to go check them out. I even convinced my own children to make the switch and the grandkids see Dr. Schriver and really like him! We are very happy with our healthcare providers at Black Creek Baptist and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else because there's no place, we've ever been that treats you like family as they do!

What do you like about our office?

I usually get callbacks on the same day, especially if I call in before noon. I'm treated with respect. I get full reports of tests, X-rays, etc. I can get hold of a human being, something that some labs and even some doctors (like my husband's cardiologist, not part of the Baptist system) have made impossible. That is one thing that will get me to vote with my feet.

I like Barbara Austin so much that I followed her to Fleming Island and I live in Julington Creek. She takes the time to listen and she takes care of every issue and question. I hope to never see any other provider.

The office staff and nursing staff are awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable and patient which is so important now days.
