New IT system training caused delays on me being recognized as incoming patient. Implementation of new IT system appears to have had insufficient training. My rating is for Dr. Jansen. Rest of his team may need additional training on how to efficiently use the new system.

Excellent intake staff offering quick comfortable intake assistant ...with clarity....assistant medical staff service takes place within10--15 minutes after patient's arrival....checking vital signs with calm ...sensitivity.....providing feedback to patient....and prepping patient for exam and review..recommendations by PCP....answers patient's questions with clarity and specificity....I always depart these visits with insights re my health and general outlook..

Barbara Austin is amazing. She addresses my needs and checks for everything that could be causing symptoms and is even getting me ready for my surgery by doing the prechecking work up.

Dr Jansen seems genuinely concerned with his patients and takes the time to talk as needed during appointments. Staff are pleasant and easy to work with. I like the patient web portal for access to records.
