First, I love Dr. Stevenson! She's so thorough, knowledgeable and caring. She doesn't rush me or become impatient, as I've experienced with other doctors. I also appreciate the nurse/assistant who took my blood pressure, etc. She was very pleasant, thorough and helpful. And the person who checked me in at the front desk. I believe her name is Amy. She is also very pleasant, helpful and professional. The appearance of your offices is clean, pleasant and professional. Thank you!

The staff. They know you by 1st name as you walk in the door, they keep the appts going, you never wait to long which is wonderful. You can call and always met with a kind voice on the other end! Monica, Amy, Jennifer, and Barbara to name a few of the wonderful staff there. Thanks for always being there for myself and family. They know me, I'm not just a chart, they remember past conversations. Truly a great doctor's office! I appreciate each and every one of you.

I enjoyed the prep team. The front seat said they would keep my information private and they did not. They gave my ride my checkout papers

The operating people treated me like I was already put to sleep. Someone was snatching my IV line and it hurt I said ouch loudly they kept doing it I said ouch again no response so I said please stop snatching with out taking some tape off my arm it hurts otherwise

What do you like about our office?

I love all of the employees in this office. They are so kind and helpful. Dr. Jansen is a very likeable doctor that is calm and reasonable. I see that he always treats his staff like family. As a patient, I am so fortunate to be able to get an appointment within a few days. This office also has reasonable charges and tries to work things out with patient payments.
