The check in process was easy and fast. The lady in the front was courteous from in to check out. I transferred to this location and I could not be more delighted that I was assigned to my new pcp at baptist black creek. My doctor actually listened to me. She is awesome.

Dr. Jansen and his staff were wonderful. Dr. Jansen has been my husband's primary for years. I recently switched to Dr. Jansen based on his recommendation and I'm glad I did. A member of his support staff, Monica was extremely kind and went out of her way to assist me.

The staff was friendly, sociable, and helpful. My wife and I really appreciated the time that Dr. Jansen took with me, especially the EKG testing and subsequent referral to a cardiologist.
