This was my first appointment with Dr Jansen. He was welcoming, patient, attentive, and seemed concerned with my issues. I felt very relaxed and comfortable speaking to him. Also his staff was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr Jansen to others.

Dr. Jansen was great. The staff was very nice. The office was clean and orderly. My only complaint was that I left a message on their VM for Dr. Jansen and no one ever called me back in response to my question.

Everyone is always so friendly! Monica is so accomodating when I call and always finds a way to fit me and my husband in. She knows we drive all the way from Tallahassee for our appointments and I never have to remind her that we need afternoon appointments. Everyone else there is always so good to call me back with test results, filling prescriptions, etc. Thank you Dr. Stephenson for being our doctor!

The staff were very pleasant. That is a big deal because if we don’t feel comfortable as soon as we walk in everything else will be effected. That being said, I also appreciated the care I received from Dr. Stevenson. She was very caring and gentle. Tilly (I think that was her name) was also wonderful. Thank you.

I have only been twice but my favorite thing is you are on time! and I don't have to fill out paperwork every time I come. I also don't feel rushed through...everyone is kind and helpful. It has been a pleasant experience both times.
However, I have had problems refilling prescriptions...reaching someone on the phone line and no communication. Both times I had to call and the pharmacy had called.
