The building is new so of course everything is nice but the people working there is what makes one coming back & tell others how great they are! So everyone I came across were special nice & very helpful. That is what I like. There is one problem I have & that is my insurance & Baptist Health seem to not completely get together.

Ms. Heather Gall is a sweetheart. Babe was very through, considerate , and took her time even to ask about my children.. Her knowledge is impeccable. She gave me her expert advice pertaining btobwhy I was there. Her questions triggered me in the right fit as to why I had the fluid on my knee. I received va printout of home exercises to help with my recovery. Content in thinking "Knee Surgery ". That wasn't my case at all.. I'm on the mend now after the Rx and home exercises. Heather Gall is excellent with her profession. I was in and out all within 10-15 minutes and had what I needed. Thanks to Baptist-Ms Gall and the entire team including the very kind Front Staff and the Checkout lady.. They all are GREAT PEOPLE

This hospital, where friendly people work, might surprise you. I've never been anywhere else where all the employees bend over backwards to help you. They know their particular jobs and preform them perfectly.

Unlike many physicians Office, you probably wait maybe 20 minutes to get in to see your physician, often times it is less. The medical staff and front office staff are very helpful. The physicians or physicians assistant take time to listen to you and address your concerns

I only have one complaint and probably does it refer to a lot of other patients in the clinic. I have VA meds by mail that should be mailed to them quarterly after I see my MD and for some reason that doesn’t seem to happen so the staff now give me my prescriptions and I mail them to my VA pharmacy in Dublin Georgia.

I like having the clinic nearby and the blood drawing clinic is just below the The physicians offices. Most testing can take place at Baptist Hospital, which is adjacent to the physicians offices. . Baptist is very comprehensive in meeting the community needs

What do you like about our office?

Very friendly staff. Dr. Schriver listened, asked questions to learn my health history and needs. I haven't had a PCP in forever -- I use my OB/GYN as my primary as I'm very fortunate to have good health and no chronic issues. But at 66, you need a primary doc! Highly recommend!

What do you like about our office?

Dr. Stevenson is an excellent medical professional. She listens carefully and helps to create a plan for improved health. She is willing to try new medical interventions. She is encouraging and displays true caring for her patients. She does not critize when one does not follow the health plan, but tries to help ensure future success. Her staff (nurses, administrative personnel, and others) treat her patients with dignity and respect.
