I absolutely love this office and hope to be able to stay with this wonderful group of people forever. If Baptist wants to better learn how to give great care and support in a warm, friendly atmosphere they should study the Black Creek office. From the moment you walk in to a friendly welcoming staff, through all of your encounters with doctors, techs and office staff is great. Very short wait time and the little bit of wait time I get gives me the opportunity to observe how every person goes out of their way to help each patient; from jumping up and helping with the door to helping fill out paperwork. The staff just could not be more warm, friendly and helpful. I love my Doctor Stevnson and PA Barbara Austin! I am almost 75 and I have watched them as they took great care of me and paying attention to all my current and future needs. Thank you to everyone at the Black Creek office! I just love you guys

ARPN Gaull was terrific! I felt totally at ease with her and I knew she could see my documented medical history so it made for a relaxed encounter. She seemed very competent and confidence inspiring. The facility itself is so nice. Receptionist counter folds on check in & check out were so good and very courteous & capable. Even the lab technician for the blood draw (Jess) was flawless! I feel good being a patient at Baptist Health!
