Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the billing and scheduling area. Dr. Schriver is a good listener. His nurse was very kind and professional and was willing to answer all my questions.

What do you like about our office?

The Baptist system needs to evaluate the Black Creek office to emulate it. Welcoming atmosphere. Everyone warm, friendly and helpful. The day I was in the staff was excited about throwing a birthday party for one of their patients turning 100 years old that day. They coordinated with the patients family. I can only rave about every aspect of this office.

It's comfy and the staff are very friendly and caring. At my age this means a lot!! Dr. Jansen and P.A. Heather Gall focus on my specific issues and explain things well in layman's language. Last but not least the site location is only 2 miles from my home so this makes it very convenient for me to stay in touch and keep motivated.

The friendly staff who answer the phone are always so helpful. The wait times are short most of the time. The physicians and nurse practitioners are knowledgeable and listen when I talk. I would not go anywhere else.
