I love the office cleanliness and pleasant, relaxing decor and atmosphere. The front desk staff is excellent— helpful, very pleasant and efficient. The nurse is also excellent— pleasant, professional and helpful. Most of all, I love and appreciate Dr Stevenson! She is so personable, thorough, knowledgeable and patient. She always listens to all of my concerns and questions and answers everything completely. I am so grateful that she is my doctor! I don’t know what I’d do without her. She’s an angel on earth!

Have been longtime patient of Baptist Primary Care and have never had any issues with services.. I used the internal app. “My Chart”” to communicate questions I may have and will receive an answer the same day. Also “My Chart” maintains your medical history which is important when you have to reference meds- dates of appointments - dates of illness & surgeries when having to fill out other forms from other offices that are not in the Baptist network. Great tool.. would like to thank Barbara Austin @ Black Creek location for being a great physician-

The staff is courteous. Medical assistants in Dr. Jansen’s office are professional, actively listen and very compassionate. The office is efficient at problem solving and executing tasks important to the patient. The office itself is clean and organized. The office location is conveniently in the same building as many of my scheduled tests, further minimizing patient burden.
