Calls are answered fully and informatively. Tank ran empty, (again, seems to be yearly) the woman answering the call explained the process of an ON CALL employee being activated to service etc. Gentleman arrived well before estimated arrival : )
He made the SMART decision to bring a tank truck instead of a temporary fix of 24 gallons that would require another employee and vehicle to finish the job another day. Possibly causing angst for the customer. John should be rewarded!
