Eastern propane was great to work with, my largest complaint was the length of time on hold. When I spoke with the representative she was empathic about us running out of propane, fortunately we only use it for cooking and a fireplace. Since we have automatic delivery she was able to arrange for a truck the following day and driver came in and lite the pilot in the fireplace and made sure the stove was working. I was pleasantly surprised that my bill was adjusted for the inconvenience. I did apply for a senior discount and am waiting to hear back.

When I call for a delivery, the people are always extremely polite and helpful. My gas comes sooner than I had anticipated and the drivers are efficient. I’m one of the things I do is to make sure that they have a clear path and a safe path to my gas tank when I am getting a delivery
