Everyone was helpful when we ran out of propane. The ladies I spoke with were wonderful and very professional. The delivery guy was at my house within a half hour. I was not aware someone had to be home good an inspection and they were able to have another tech come and meet me at 4pm to unlock and test my system. Thank you to everyone for going above and beyond.

Michelle and her team went above and beyond to respond to and rectify an issue with my propane tanks. Michelle reacted quickly and kept me in the loop as to the status and when the problem would be resolved. Also the technician that came out for the install of the new tank was on time, courteous and explained clearly everything that was done. Thank you to Michelle and the team.
Friendly and Reliable service
I thought my tanks were almost empty due to the metallic smell coming from my stove. Did some research and found my old stove was the cause. Bought a new stove. Thank you for the delivery. I'll be in touch when I'm ready to replace the old twin tanks with one larger tank.

This most recent delivery on September 9th, however, was a problem for us. The truck came for the refill at 5:30am.
That means the truck, backing down our very long driveway with the reverse alert sound, was so loud and ongoing that it woke us up from a sound sleep and also got the 2 dogs barking. Not good.
I called the customer service number to ask what we could do to avoid that in the future. I was told someone would call me, but I did not receive a call.
The website order worked well.
