After several appointments that I had to cancel due to delays by my contractor, Evan made everything go smoothly for the tank installation and have gas in the house for the first time. When the kitchen was done, he got me an appliance the very next day. Great customer service.
Customer service rep was very helpful and processed my order efficiently. Delivery of the propane was much faster than anticipated, only one day versus the target of 5 to 7 days. Need to have better defined instructions for the drivers on which tank to fill since we have 2 tanks with Eastern and he almost filled the incorrect tank. Overall great service.
