The driver for this delivery, ( I believe his name is John), went above and beyond. My driveway is a hill and after backing in and beginning to pump, the fuel in the truck was low and stopped flowing. The driver took the hose off the tank, reeled it up, backed out of the driveway, turned around, backed into the driveway and continued filling my tank.
We don't use much fuel, but we never run out because Eastern Propane always privides on a timely basis.

I have automatic tank fill as well as being enrolled in their prebuy program. This relieves stress over worrying about running out of propane or having to constantly check the tanks. A real bonus in the winter time. The delivery men are polite and friendly, as well as the office people answering the phone. The office has always been helpful, with no long waits to get to talk to someone. I have been with this company for many years. Have been very satisfied.
