Superior ran a special "Spring Top Off," saving 0.2 cents per gallon and waived the delivery fee. I took advantage of this promotion, and was able to quickly schedule a delivery by calling customer service. The person I spoke with was pleasant and efficient. My delivery was rescheduled once, but I received text messages each time when the delivery date changed. The delivery was made and I received another message confirming the delivery had occurred. My bill was shortly thereafter sent via email as I am enrolled in paperless billing, and I was able to easily pay the bill on their website. I will be heading into the spring and summer with a full tank of propane, and I appreciate that because I am sure when the fall and winter seasons arrive, deliveries will be harder to schedule due to increased demand, so this promotion helps ease my mind heading into those seasons later this year. All around, a good experience!

The tank monitor is handy for the office and us to monitor the tank. The company comes when it is needed without stressing and watching the level of the tank. The representative came filled and left without any issues or concerns.
They came right away and filled up my tank which was completely empty. Apparently they were at my house saturday morning, but I did not hear a thing. They left a notice that they had been there. HOWEVER the notice told me that I could not use the propane until they had inspected everything. When I called the office, the office was closed so I haven't been able to use my fireplace after all. I wish they had called to say when they were coming.

There were major issues for me this winter in December and February, but I was greatly impressed with the customer service I received from three different sectors, especially from April Tinneny, Customer Advocacy Specialist. Problems are widespread this difficult winter, but how they are handled makes the difference between looking elsewhere for a supplier and sitting tight. Thank you to all those who reached out. I will not forget your kindness and efforts.
