We used Eastern Propane to repair the gas line to our barbeque. The service representative arrived on time, did a great job, and was very pleasant and friendly while he was here. They also scheduled the service call promptly, which was helpful.

Easy access to order propane
As someone who openly admits that I usually find fault in many businesses, I simply can not say enough about your amazing staff! Jim showed up EARLY to the appt, who does that these days?! Rather than making everything be into a couple visits, he called his boss, who was at a drs appt, and was able to make arrangements to have the new tank set up that day so I would not have to miss another day of work. Within a couple hrs, Jim and Ryan set everything up, went over things in detail and answered all my goofy questions w patience of saints! They even made sure my tank was filled, within 45 minutes of set up, to top it off!! I can't stop telling friends and family about how absolutely amazing you guys are. Thanks Jim and Ryan!!

I DO NOT LIKE that I get two or three different invoices after each refill.
I do not want to spend a stamp to pay a separate invoice for $4.xx to cover the monitoring fee.
I do not like to have to compare invoices to figure out what had been paid and what I still have to pay.
