It was easy to design and order the banner. The sales person worked with me to ensure I had the colors that would be most effective. We just unwrapped it and it was exactly as ordered.

There are some areas that I have noticed that dont have full explanations on them that I have needed to reach out to a sales rep for but for the most part its been pretty smooth, otherwise my score would have been a 10
Products have not been delivered yet. However, if they are the quality that I believe they will be I will be satisfied. Called a couple times and people have been very helpful.
