My customer service rep, Ashley, was so helpful. Instead of just printing it as I submitted, which would have resulted in a fail, she read through my notes about what I was needing and she helped me through the process to make the necessary adjustments to get what I wanted/needed. I appreciated that she didn’t make it a “me problem” (because it would have been on me, I submitted it the way I submitted it, and she could have just sent it to production) but instead she took the time to educate me and help me get what I was looking for. Super happy about the whole experience.

Great quality and really fast turnaround times.
It was very easy to order and there were a lot of templates to choose from. My only difficulty was to know how many grommets would be on a banner the size I was ordering.

It was an easy and smooth process from start to finish. The processing time from production/approval to receiving was very fast. The product I received was exactly as I ordered except for one little detail. The sheet on back of window sticker was not slit in the middle which cause me to accidentally mess up and now I am ordering a new one.

It was very easy to use and helpful. I had no problem making my selection, along with the approval process for my decals. It was all done in a timely manner along with the tracking that helps let me know where my decals are at in the process.

Michael Satrrbak was extremely helpful. He answered questions clear and concise. Also, Banners.com / Hardhats.com did not try to rip me off for the recreation and release of my logo. I know how easy it is to recreate an image into vector format. Some shops try to charge $400 for this task therefore I did not do business with them.
