Initially my experience was not well due to the ordering mishap. I expressed my concerns and thy were addressed professionally with customer satisfaction being a priority. Multiple calls and emails were sent to me to make sure my concerns was not only addressed but to ensure I would be a returning customer. It was a great experience knowing they were willing to go above and beyond to make the correction needed. There was not any pushback only complete focus to correct the issues. The gentleman who contacted was great and helpful and really is a believer of the company overall objective, customer satisfaction. Thank you again for being persistent and following up with me.
