I ordered a 2'x3' poster made from a photo of mt daughter. It came out excellent, and the poster price was fair. The only complaint was being charged $15 for shipping 1 poster, I'm sure it would have been better if I had ordered a few posters. Either way, I love the poster, and so did she.

It was easy. The product is high quality material. The image we used was meant to be a "hand drawn look," the team at banners.com checked in before printing to ensure the end result would meet our expectation. We are pleased with the final product and communication from the company and will order from them again.

Seth Glaser was phenomenal. It is rare that when you order a custom product, that you get a call making sure your order is exactly to your liking. Seth not only sent me the proof extremely fast, but he also gave me a phone call shortly afterwards to make sure that my order was perfect. The last time I ordered from Decals.com, I was also paired with Seth as my rep, and he did a great job. This is the reason I am a returning customer.
The product quality is also extremely good. I like to order reflective stickers for my customers to place on hardhats, lunch boxes etc, and it is pretty hard to find the high-quality reflective stickers as are found on Decals.com.

I originally placed an order at another online merchant, and the quality of the decal was a disaster. A friend of mine suggested I should look into Decals.com, so I called just to make sure they were able to create the decal that I needed. The customer service was great. I talked with a gentlemen who walked me through the entire ordering process online to ensure I got exactly what I needed. The next day, I got another phone call from a representative who sent a proof of the decal and was kind enough to make some additional modifications that I wanted included. The decals arrived in a timely fashion, and exceeded my expectations. It looks incredible on my vehicle and I've received tons of compliments. I would highly recommend Decals.com.
